WARM UP , get moving Baby Shark gymnastics core workout on You Tube 


* Plank Hold - 60 seconds 

*Bridge - hold 30 sec x 3 

* Splits - forward and side  20 secs 

* Shoulder stretch - Cat 20 secs  

We are focusing on Shoulders for a couple of days . Follow video below . No need for weights  Roll up a towel and use a stick where the floor bar is used :) . LETS STAY FLEXIBLE !!!
